So, backstory on this, gosh, I read a lot of research, right? And I'm always

struggling with the best way to communicate research to other people, because there are some

research studies that are, I would say, Class A, meaning they are incredibly important and they deserve a lot of attention. There are some research studies that are, I would say, Class A, meaning they are incredibly
