I went to a conference a few years ago which had optional morning workouts.

Anyway, I believe I chose a hit workout or something like that and one of my friends that I went with went to a breathing yoga thing.

I really wanted to sweat so the breathing yoga thing didn't sound like too much fun for me.

However, when we met back up after the workouts were over, she looked pale.
