are asking themselves right now. We've all been told over and over and over again that if we want to truly, truly see the benefits of personal development,

if we want to see the value of connecting with ourselves and take control of our life and our situation and our

reactions to things, then we've got to start meditating.

This is one of the most commonly given pieces of advice in personal development,

and it's something that I'm a big advocate for. I'm literally in the middle, well,

really the end, of a meditation challenge right now. For the last 20 days I have

led 150 people through a daily meditation with some partners,

some coaches and other people that are a part of this.

But the point is, I'm a fan of meditation.

I'm sold on it.

But a lot of people who get into on it can be difficult to get sold on it can be

difficult to see the value of it because it's not something that you can very clearly connect with immediately.

Some people do.

Some people sit down and they have their five minute, ten minute, fifteen minute

meditation and they feel great afterwards.

And that's phenomenal for those people,

but that's never been my experience.
