| 1:54.0 | cleanse your mind and body. |
| 2:00.0 | As you exhale through your nose, release all tension. |
| 2:10.0 | Inhale and exhale gently through your nose. |
| 2:23.0 | Now I invite you to consider an interesting aspect in regards to your level of happiness. |
