So here's to a fresh start for 2023. And let's be honest, what could be a

better way to kick things off by committing to a solid month of fitness? I mean, if ever there

was a kind of time to focus on health and fitness to beat the blues of a dark, cold, very wintry

month, then it is January. And so to help me motivate you to chat

all things running and to just plant a few ideas in your mind quite frankly I'm

delighted to be joined by the founder of Red January it's Hannah Beecham

oh thank you for having me feels like this is a real annual catch-up that I

look forward to so thank you this is like we've

got Christmas Day and you've got the day we get together to record the episode of Rumpod for

the new year it's so good to have you here oh thank you for having me back and quite a year for

you Hannah got engaged congratulations so we're starting there yes we're starting

there because it's been obviously it's been a year very different to the last few

because obviously COVID's made everyone kind of stay at home and be chilled out.

And even last Christmas, to be quite honest, everyone was canceling plans because someone had tested positive somewhere.

And so it's been quite nice this year that so many people have been able to make happy memories

and you certainly have complete surprise by the way with the engagement but it was just incredible

incredible it's been as you describe actually it's been such a it feels like such a joyous year

because we've been able to be with all of our loved ones. And yes, it's been certainly a

defining year. 2020, I'll always remember for the engagement and obviously just coming together
