Summary

It's time for the second of my #26Habits and after breaking my habit of daily shop-bought coffees it's time to make a habit... Drinking more water is a well-known resolution, but in order to make this stick I'm creating the habit of drinking as soon as I wake up and as soon as I get home in the evening.

I quit, shop bought coffee on account of the expense and the effect on the environment of those actually not very recyclable at all coffee cups in an attempt to break the habit as my daily trips to the coffee shop and by Jove I only went and did it.

successfully broke a habit I've decided that I'm now going to alternate between breaking and making.
