0:27.0	to make way for something new and sacred.
0:30.3	The storms of our lives often bring us to the exact place we're supposed to be,
0:37.0	so that we can become who we truly are.
0:41.0	My name is Mike Foster and this is fun therapy. So we're going to do something a little different today, hopefully something that you'll really enjoy.
1:02.0	We're going to do a guided mission. something that you'll really enjoy.
1:03.0	We're going to do a guided meditation.
1:07.2	And we're actually doing this because of you
1:10.9	at your request, in fact, at our last strongest workshop which by the way was just
1:15.8	freaking amazing I did a guided meditation in one of our sessions and the
1:21.8	attendees found it really super helpful and
1:24.8	meaningful to them and they asked if they could get a copy of it or if I had it
1:29.2	recorded anywhere and they wanted to do it again and do the meditation again.
1:35.0	Well, I didn't have it recorded anywhere, so we're doing that today.
1:41.0	And I'm going to do one this week and another next week.
1:45.8	And this idea came right out of the strongest workshop
1:50.9	and the attendees get all the credit for this episode.
