So one of the important approaches to meditation

has a lot to do with how you approach meditation,

how you approach, how you utilize your capacity for attention, for awareness, and for mindfulness,

for knowing what's happening in the present moment, for feeling what is happening in the moment,

And I use all these words not to confuse you with too much to do,

but for you to appreciate that we have these different attentional capacities and different people are oriented towards different ones.
