Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable.

Take a slow, deep breath in and now slowly let it out and let go of any

tensions and any worries you may have. Take another slow deep deep breath in.

And now slowly, let it out.

Feel yourself sinking into either your bed, your chair, your couch, wherever you are,

feeling yourself becoming more comfortable and more relaxed.

Take another slow, deep breath in. Now slowly, let it out. And know that in this moment in time,

all is well in your world.

Now just notice your breathing.

Your body knows how much air you need.

Notice how your breath goes in and out. In and out. In and out.

In and out.

Now imagine that you are standing on a golden sandy beach and you can hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean.

The sun is shining and there's not a cloud in the sky.

There's a gentle breeze blowing on your face, making your hair move just a little bit.

The air is so fresh and pure, and it feels so good to be here.

The air even tastes a little bit salty too. And you can even feel the

spray of the ocean touching your skin and making it feel a little bit cooler. So take a deep

blissful breath into your nose, breathing in pure cleansing air.

And now slowly breathe out.

Take another deep blissful breath

and again breathing in pure cleansing air and slowly breathe out.
