Hey, waste no day fans, before we get started with today's amazing episode, I just wanted to say that Nate's audio is a little rough.

One more thing we were trying to do as we were transitioning over to me being several states away from Nate instead of us recording together in the studio and only the guest

being remote. But the content that Dustin Seton brought was so good. I just, I couldn't part with the

episode. So we, we decided to air it anyway. I know what you're thinking. If it's just Nate's audio,

why didn't you just cut

them out completely? I get it. First of all, how dare you talk about my co-host like that?

Second off, Nate asked most of the questions, as usual, either sound asleep or texting.

So it wouldn't be much of a much of an episode without him. So if the audio is a little rough for you and you

got to skip this one i get it it won't won't be like that next week but i can say that it's well

worth the uh rough sounding audio with nate uh sounding like he's recording from a cast iron bathtub because Dustin really, really

brings some good content. So thank you for your patience again and enjoy the episode.

One thing I usually don't lack is confidence if anybody knows me.

And if there is a place in that, it's it.

I guess it would be communication.

But a lot of it's just the uncomfortable of starting that conversation.

So, and that's what I had to figure out.

And I knew I could always do that.
