We continue along with the series we're exploring this week.

It is day six of inner peace.

And I wonder how you're doing with the challenge this week.

Every week we have a challenge that we focus on and this is a way to have a little fun with the week's theme.

So as you reclaim your inner peace, your challenge this week has been to do one thing every day to give yourself more peace.

And throughout this series you've explored how you can't think your way to peace.

You have to experience it and peace is there within you.

Many people often let me know that when they sit down to meditate, nothing happens because they feel as though something is supposed to be happening to them.

But the peace is generated by you because it's already there within you.

You begin to focus on it and to feel it and to experience it.

And this takes a little time and that is why consistency showing up for yourself day in and day out helps you to begin to notice all your emotional states.

Because life isn't about avoiding the difficult emotions.

We are designed to process all the emotions, humans, experience.

And we all experience these emotions.

We manage them in different ways.

But we do experience joy and peace and anger and regret and the full array of the human life experience.

And I want to mention that I was listening to someone who was talking about breath work, which is very important.

In fact, she was a breathing coach.

She exclusively shares breathing techniques with people.

And breathing techniques, as I share with you, are one of the most powerful, effective, fastest ways to instantly calm your mind and body.
