| 1:21.0 | Well, such was the case as the last day of my silent retreat was upon me. |
| 1:26.3 | I had spent the week at Big Bear Retreat Center in California, in mostly silence, and it was a most rewarding experience. |

| 1:41.0 | Firstly, when I was in silence, I had no choice but to go inward, and this greatly helped me to deepen my meditation practice. |

| 1:56.7 | distractions. No social media for one and there also wasn't any television or any movies. |
| 2:04.0 | So with this minimal distraction, my focus and concentration was able to be enhanced. |
