I welcome Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution

publications, observations about where we are right now in geopolitical affairs, but we begin with

the home team, which is the Republican Party in New Hampshire, a state

that has been conducive to choosing Republican leadership for many years, and right now it is

looking to reproduce its successes over many years and right now it is looking to reproduce its successes over many years.

Choosing Donald Trump over Nicky Haley. The two candidates left. Victor, a very good evening to you.

Mr. Trump's campaign is recognizable, a campaign of returning to the White House, although I do note an odd detail.

Both Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump are running for their second terms, and that means they're running

as would be if when successful one of them a

lame duck presidency I can't imagine that makes any difference do you good evening to

you Victor I don't think so. I didn't with Taft

and Roosevelt, as you remember, the Bulmoose effort, 1912. So I don't think it'll make a difference.

I think what we're watching though is

attention's turning on Haley because she said she wanted a two-person race and she

got that and I think she's trying to define coming in second not as coming in last.

And so it begs the question, John, what is her strategy in the upcoming?

She's going to avoid Nevada and then concentrate on our home state
