You know, in science, there's a, I think it was a Newton.

For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.

Newton's third law of motion.

For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction. Newton's third law of motion.

For every action, there's an equal in size and opposite in direction reaction.

And I was like, we're in a time where so much strife and anger and vitriol and evil and, ugh,

that we have to be intentional about good. We have to be intentional about good.

We have to be intentional about putting good,

like almost planting good seeds in the soil.

In the midst of this,

we have to overwhelm this with goodness, right?

And it has to be intentional. And it has to even go down to the words that come out of our mouths, right? So I was processing the intentionality, the intention behind even watching what we say. Because it's easy to complain about these times last week. It was the Voting Rights Act rights act oh they've taken away our ability to

represent ourselves and yeah they did that but did they do that they did that there's the law now

that they could gerrymander people out of power but they can't stop you from showing up to vote

and we spent a great deal of time talking about strategy around how we strategize around okay this is the reality that we're in

okay they have gerrymandered this area okay can we registers republicans and show up and run candidates

can we do that yes what's stopping us nothing nothing those of you who have legal minds get your
