Robert in Baltimore, which is another city that was malign where crime is down and they got a

black-ass mayor and governor in the state. Yeah. Hey, Robert.

Hey, thank you for having me me on a long-time listener first-time caller shout out to you and

your guys for this topic thank you I have bought three homes in different

states and moved around and I've bought intentionally in areas in which

you are speaking about. I'm so glad you brought this up in. I moved to Baltimore two years ago,

working D.C. and everyone was telling me, including my realtor, which is funny, even the realtor

had in Dallas, black realtor, always intentionally tried and go with people of color to, you know, realtors and so on.

And all of them were trying to sway me not to buy in areas of color. And I'm like, they weren't saying it, but, you know, just like, why aren't you showing me home there as for? And I'm like, no, I don't want to live next door to a trap house, you know, so to speak. but I do want to live in an area that looks like me, and I want to be an urban area.

I want to be in the city.

because I'm here in Baltimore now, and we do have a great mayor. And it's almost like I'm having to
