about why we show up, why we vote, why we fight,

and it's not necessarily to win, even though personally, me and myself personally,

I like to win.

I do.

But I do also understand that victory can come in many different forms.

All right, y'all, take a listen.

Is it worth it to even try to save people? You know, let me just say, I struggle with this because it's like been here now 12 years. The first iteration of Trump, I was like, yo, this can't happen. Here's what we need to do. I don't care about Hillary either. I don't like her either. But here's what, you know, and every day I was banging this home and people still were like, Jill Stein, I'm not voting. We got Trump. We got Trump. We got the whole ass pandemic, the bleach, the, all of the mess. Madness. We got out of it, right? A lot of us lost family members. That's right. That's right. And lost our minds and we're back here again. I can't vote for Kamala. Or Kamala. I can't even say her name. She's not black. Right. What's that? Genocide Joe. Yo, I'm like, do people really want this? And so if it's thousands of years of demonstration that

the masses have given the option we'll say give us barabbas what's the point of fighting

that's right well here's what I always tell my students and many of my students have said you know

what's the point of voting when especially you know if you if you're outnumbered, they do this whole thing.

If every single black person, you know, vote in a black interest,

but that's not anybody else's interest, we'd always lose because it's just not enough of us,

et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

You do not fight to win.

You fight to announce to your opponent

that you are willing,

you are willing

to fight against their winning.

You don't fight to win yourself.

You fight to make sure that your opponents know
