Hi Besties! This episode comes from not only my favorite song of 2021 (Olivia Rodrigo heyyy!) but the meaning of what is *really* good for you and how it helped bring me a new and healthy perspective.
This episode will help you figure out what is truly good for you, and to make you really think and consider how your friendships, relationships etc impact your life. We'll also talk about becoming more aware of the consistent negative or toxic environments that we place ourselves.
Most importantly, I want to give you clarity in the next steps to take to create a healthy environment for you and the person you want to become! Consider this a challenge to think about the choices you make, how you have previously thought about making them and the way that you actually WANT make decisions.
