Now, it's pronounced Saco, like Sacco, like, Sacco, and I know what you're thinking like, oh, that's your last name for now. Now, I'll be damned. I'll be

damned if I'm changing my last name when I get married. Legally, maybe I'll do it. But I love Shelby

Sacco so much. I'm like, I'll never let it go. Also, if I have a boy, complete side note,

whenever I have kids, I want to name my son Sacco. My family, like, I thought they'd be like, oh, I'm so jealous.

You called them something. No, they're like, have the name. Have that. Okay. But I love it a lot.

So y'all got to learn it. I might be a little late to the game with this episode, but the topic is

lucky girl syndrome. It's been all over the internet the last few months, and I want to dive in and talk about it because I have a million thoughts on it. If you haven't heard of this lucky girl syndrome, it's essentially saying and telling yourself

that you are the luckiest girl in the world. Google actually defines it as the belief that

affirmative mantras and a positive mindset in life will bend everyday events in your favor.

I personally think that Lucky Girl Syndrome is the same thing as

the law of assumption, which is the theory that what we assume to be true will eventually

manifest. But Lucky Girl Syndrome, oh, it's brilliant because it takes advantage of the law of

assumption because it's wording. It's like you get to choose this like positive vibe of luck.

I think Lucky Girl Syndrome makes it, makes it easier for people to see it and understand it,

opposed to the law of assumption being so vague and so open to anything.

Basically, Lucky Girl Syndrome is when you rewire your brain to think different thoughts

and believe in different beliefs that align with your dream life,

the life that you know you can create dream life, the life that you know

you can create for yourself and the life that you so desperately want.
