I've been finishing up a training course and getting back into the swing of things after some travel.

I wish I had more time just for being with the weekend.

So today is all about what we can do to honour this, as I don't want you to have that same feeling this coming Monday.

What can you do this weekend that really supports being in the weekend?

Now this doesn't necessarily just mean sleeping or veging out watching TV, although both of those things are completely okay.

But I really encourage you to notice when you find yourself caught up in the week ahead.

Notice where your mind tends to go.

And this is not about judging yourself or criticizing yourself.

But it's interesting watching the mind in this way.
