Summary

Many of us are taught to see the big picture. We tell folks to get out of the weeds, or to stop getting caught up in the details. But it is only by looking at things on a smaller scale that we can make change. Everything you do matters. What small act can you do that can make a big difference?  Learn more about your ad choices. 2:00.6

when we do something differently but change is a bit like you are planting a seed. The

2:06.4

more you water and take care of the plant, the more it will grow and flourish but it takes

2:13.0

2:19.7

but the act of watering and taking care of the plant is having a profound effect on it.

And my friend was telling me that on the street that she lives on, there is a van that comes
