Hey, from my family to you and yours, Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, happy holidays.

I hope that like me, you're spending this week thinking about and acting on how you can make a difference for other people.

I mean, the real gift of life is not receiving something. It's giving something.

Giving of your ears, your eyes, listening,

being present with people, and hey, maybe giving somebody a hug,

maybe giving somebody a high five,

maybe acknowledging some of the people in your life

that have been there for you.

What a gift that would be,

the gift of recognition and acknowledgement and thanks.

And maybe the ultimate gift, knowing how crazy this year has been for so many people,

is giving yourself the gift of some grace.

Give yourself some grace.

If I look back throughout this year, it'd be very easy for me to beat myself up at mistakes I made,

actions that I didn't take, actions that I took that didn't work out. But I decided this year,

I'm going to give myself the gift of some grace. I'm going to just acknowledge what happened.

I'm going to take the lesson from it, and I'm going to keep moving forward powerfully.

So if this message resonates for you
