to tell you stage 18 a big transition stage, 231 kilometers long, sunny conditions, so no

shortening of the stage today.

And because of the Motivania last year, they put some hills at the end of the stage just

so that it looks like it has more of a purpose, but this is going to be a 100% break stage

as we expected.

So pretty much flat for the first 200km in a collection of 4 climbs to spice up the last

40-35 kilometers.

They're 3.5km 4% straight into 5km 4% then a descent and then 1.5km 7.5% the steepest

of them, but short then a descent, short little valley and then 2.5km at 5.7% then pretty

much a descent or file flat descent to the finish from the crest of that 9km or no sorry

less than that 6km descent.
