The Spurt Show. So yesterday, I had a face-to-face chat conversation with the oldest person I have ever talked to in my life.

93 years old. That's an impressive lifespan right there.

93, Amanda's grandfather. Ooh, good for her, because hopefully she caught some of that, you know, getting old DNA.

Man, I tell you what. And why would that be important, Kristen? So you live a long life, man. So you can like, hey, you mean I can maybe live into my 90s? That's amazing. The last thing he said to me during our conversation was about, it floored me and I thought it was the funniest thing. But let me tell you this. So I went into, I couldn't wait to

meet him. She said that he at 93 years old was like so still with it, like sharp as a whip,

she said, right? So the only real conversations lately or my experience with older people has been

my parents that have dementia and are not

they are deteriorating quickly to be honest with you right so i was expecting 93 95 year old

feeble um not being able to remember things long long lulls in conversation.

I kind of felt like when I went into it, I do like when I come in here.

Like it's kind of my job to conduct like conversations.

And if somebody's struggling, then I try to help out.

We all do that for each other, right?

So that's what I thought it was going to be.

As always my experience now with my mom and my dad is that they don't remember anything that

just said 60 seconds before that. So when Amanda said he was, you know, he's really, really sharp.

Still, I was thinking, okay, 93 year old sharp. I walked in there. First of all, this 93-year-old looks like he's in his mid-70s.

Shut up.

Wow.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Thin, he answered the door, which I was kind of surprised by.

He lives by himself.
