| 0:17.9 | It's a theme that has been highly requested and that is releasing negative thoughts, especially |
| 0:26.7 | these days as we continue to experience life during a pandemic. |
| 0:33.6 | It's so easy to feel trapped and so your life is on hold until the pandemic is over. |
| 0:42.3 | But the truth is, is that life continues to evolve. |
| 0:46.9 | You still experience the full range of human emotions that we all experience, regardless |
| 0:55.5 | of what's going on in the world around us. |
| 0:59.1 | In today's episode, you're going to be guided as you layer together the meditation techniques |
| 1:06.9 | we've been exploring all week long. |
| 1:09.5 | I like to do this in Day 6 of a series because all week long you've been focusing on the |
| 1:17.5 | theme, you've had a challenge where you become aware of the negative thoughts you are thinking, |
| 1:27.8 | especially those repetitive negative thoughts that may be such a part of your life and your regular |
| 1:37.0 | day-to-day thought process, you might not even realize how negative and destructive these thoughts |
| 1:43.4 | can be. So this has been a week to become aware of those thoughts and to |
| 1:50.2 | notice what might trigger or instigate those thoughts. |
| 1:56.2 | And then to begin to question whether or not those thoughts have real validity, |
| 2:03.8 | have they become bigger than they actually are. So this is important because sometimes negative |
| 2:15.8 | thoughts can simply become a habit that you can break when you begin to identify these thoughts |
| 2:26.1 | and break them down and disempower these thoughts. Finally, you replace these thoughts with |
| 2:35.2 | something that is more uplifting, something that's true. I spoke with somebody the other day who |
