Do negative thoughts seem to pervade the best moments of your life? You may discover that joy seems elusive when negative thoughts creep into your consciousness on a regular basis. | 0:37.0 | and to begin to switch those out with more positive uplifting thoughts in an authentic way. |

| 0:52.0 | because first you begin to notice the negative thoughts you're thinking. |
| 0:58.0 | Maybe day in day out, maybe you've been thinking these thoughts just recently, |
| 1:04.0 | maybe something recently happened. |
| 1:06.0 | So you're starting to think a few negative thoughts that are new to you. |
| 1:12.0 | Maybe you think the same negative thoughts over and over |
| 1:17.0 | and you've been doing this for years. |
| 1:20.0 | So become aware of the negative thoughts you think on a regular basis. |
| 1:27.0 | And then step two is to consider where these thoughts come from. |
| 1:36.0 | What triggers these thoughts? |
| 1:39.0 | Where are you when these thoughts tend to creep in and who are you with? |
| 1:47.0 | Is it in the morning or the evening? |
| 1:50.0 | Begin to really notice when these thoughts bring you down. |
| 1:55.0 | And then step three is to question the validity of these thoughts. |
| 2:04.0 | Are these thoughts habitual to the point where maybe they've become bigger than they actually are? |
| 2:13.0 | Maybe something happened that greatly offended you. |
