Anxiety can hold you back from being the best you can be.

And when you think about anxiety in your life it's usually something that's out there outside of yourself

that influences you to feel hopeless, to feel fearful, to doubt yourself.

When you begin to turn inward as you're doing right here right now as you get ready to be guided in a meditation

you begin to reclaim who you are.

You surrender to those qualities that you can draw from as strength to help you overcome anxiety.

In today's episode you'll be guided using a simple affirmation.

This is an affirmation I encourage you to repeat as you start your day.

I encourage you to repeat this affirmation when you're feeling anxious,

when you're feeling fearful. The affirmation is I am free.

This is one of my favorite affirmations and I remind myself often of my own inner freedom.

Freedom comes from within knowing can steal your inner freedom.

You may feel as though freedom around you is being taken away.
