Over the weekend, I had a moment where I acted out of alignment.

It really threw me off because it's been a really long time since I've had a moment like

And I've been sitting with the aftermath of acting out of alignment, the shame, the overthinking, the self-judgment. And I realized that this morning, this is exactly the kind of thing that we don't really talk about enough. And I totally get why. I mean, frankly, there's a part of me that doesn't really want to talk about it either. There's a part of me that would love to hit the rewind button and do things differently. I would love to just forget that this ever happened because I'm so not proud of the way that I behaved. And it wasn't anything like that crazy, but it just was not in alignment with who I want to be and who I truly am. So it's like I get why people

don't want to talk about this stuff, but I feel like it's important for me to make this into

a teachable lesson, not only for myself, but for somebody else. So today we're going to dive into
