my heart lately because I've personally been reconnecting with my yoga practice in a deeper way.

And I've noticed this theme coming up in conversations with friends, in my email, in my own

And it is that feeling of being disconnected from your practice and not really knowing how

to find your way back.

And I will just say that for me personally, I have lost touch big time with my yoga

practice since moving to New York. I had

such a solid foundation in L.A. There were so many incredible yoga studios in L.A. I had studied

with a small handful of incredible teachers in L.A. that I really felt connected with and I had

grown such special bonds with. And I've found it really

difficult in New York to find like a traditional vinyasa class. I don't know why. I've definitely

found some great teachers and there's a lot of hot yoga studios, which is fun and dandy and fine.

But I mean, coming from L.A., it's like we just had such incredible

studios there and so many Vinyasa and power yoga teachers there that are like iconic. And I've
