Go ahead and settle yourself into your meditation space whether you're seated on the floor at

the end of your bed, sitting in a chair, lying down, whatever works best for you to calm

I always encourage you to sit up with a straight spine as you meditate, but I know that for

some people in this maybe you, it doesn't feel good to sit up, you may be in pain, you

may feel dizzy, you may just not want to sit up in that case, you should lie down.

Just be careful not to fall asleep because when you're spying straight you're more alert
