| 1:25.6 | we gradually worked our way forward. This is a very useful technique because our past |
| 1:31.5 | contains a lot of useful knowledge and lessons to learn from. |
| 1:35.0 | And much of our current behavior and choices are actually based on past experiences. |
| 1:41.0 | So also keeping in mind that many people have suffered from traumatic experiences and |
| 1:46.0 | mindfully reflecting on these experiences can be a bit tricky. |
