Today we are joined by a long time member of the Jake and Gino community and now real estate coach, Senate Eskridge. Senate and Gino talk about Senate's journey through real estate and how he was lucky enough to stumble across different types of real estate sales through that journey. 1:11.5	introduction. I got to say, McKenzie, thank you for that introduction. It was really well put together
1:16.0	and it encapsulates Senate in such a great light. And Senate, share the story of how you got into
1:24.2	real estate. I know you didn't jump right into multifamily. You got into the single
1:27.6	family space. You got on the treadmill. I'm thinking I got to do this because everyone else is doing this.
1:32.6	Share that story with us, please. Yeah, absolutely. So exactly what you said. I started out in single family.
1:38.7	And I always had, I always had this idea. Someday I'm going to own an apartment building. In fact,
1:45.7	that same building that I specifically said, I'm going to own that building, right? I know
1:49.9	exactly where it is. And I, and I call that owner on a regular basis. And that's another story.
1:54.0	But I looked at this building and said, someday I'll own that. But I didn't think I could.
1:58.7	And that's probably the most important thing.
2:02.9	So I started in single family.
2:08.7	I started with one single family house that I just couldn't sell.
2:09.5	It's really how it happened.
2:10.1	I had a house.
2:12.2	I had to sell it and I had to move.
