1:01.5	housing units by 2030. Now, until recently, builders were on pace to meet the demand,

1:12.7	According to the report, due to the current affordability crisis, they are no longer on pace to meet
1:18.1	the demands. I'm sure interest rates are having a big impact here. And fortunately, we got the G-dad
