Does negativity seem to consume you? When consumed by negative thoughts, It can be easy to lose sight of the ordinary miracles happening in life like the morning sunrise, the loyalty of your pet, or the blossom, and fragrance of a flower. This week, you are invited to refocus your thoughts on the positivity in the world.

because it can be quite tempting to remain in negativity, to even feel justified, to feel negative about something happening in your life.

Every single week as we explore a different theme topic, you have a meditation challenge and this is a way for you to daily tune yourself to whatever the theme's focus is.

This week your quest is to look for the ordinary miracles in everyday life.

You might wonder what is a miracle? A miracle is something that leaves you in awe.

It's something that uplifts you and restores your sense of faith in humanity and in the world.

You might especially find miracles in nature. We often don't understand how nature produces such unbelievable experiences for us.

So you might look for miracles in nature all week long or you might focus on miracles in the lives of people around you or in your life.

So this is your focus for today. It is peace. I know many of you are journaling and your focus to journal about and to focus on as you meditate is peace.

You're going to be guided in a peace meditation and I would love to hear about your experiences of managing negativity in your own life.
