Does negativity seem to consume you? When consumed by negative thoughts, It can be easy to lose sight of the ordinary miracles happening in life like the morning sunrise, the loyalty of your pet, or the blossom, and fragrance of a flower. This week, you are invited to refocus your thoughts on the positivity in the world.

Today I was out walking along the mangroves on the beach near where I live in Florida.

I live on a barrier island just off the coast of Florida and I saw two night herons.

It's rare to see these birds and I saw two of them together.

They were perched on a large mangrove area and they were looking intently into the waters

So their necks were cramed and they were sitting there for a long time.
