messaged me last night with this subject what are we going to be talking about we're going to be talking about? We're going to be talking about business, admin, art, overwhelmed.

So I was listening to somebody else's podcast and we'll get into that and that inspired this topic but actually I am totally overwhelmed at the moment. So I just thought it'd be a good topic I know we've both had this experience in the past.

Maybe we can yeah I think we want to for all we might be a little bit on opposite end again of the spectrum this week. So does it does it help why don't you tell us what you've been working on this week before we go into that?

Well, maybe this will explain why I'm feeling a little bit overwhelmed.

I can't, I know some people can say, right, this is not a painting week, this is a business

week.

But because at the moment I'm very inspired with my painting and finding that impossible because I want to do painting.

So and then so I do a few hours painting and then things are piling up behind me while I'm doing that.

So there's not really any, I was painting the other day and

realizing I'm not even breathing properly here.

I'm like, so I am painting and I'm really enjoying working with a very limited palette and pushing it and finding new colours out of so few colours, a blue and orange black and white and getting all these different greens and it's just really good fun.

So there's that. I'm editing my book, the proof of my book, making notes and changing things, which I was doing last week, but they sent me a new copy so I'm doing that.

And I'm working with a web developer who's doing branding for me and so that involves a series of phone calls which are fine because that's just an hour of chatting and a giant document like a giant document to fill in it's like writing a book so I've been doing that as well and in between that I have

my books to keep up you know where's the invoice for this, where's the receipt for that.

I've brought on someone to help me with my membership site just on a part-time basis and we're trying to get her set up and Google email isn't working so as soon as I get off this I have to try and sort that out so she can log into her email and get her on board and get that going and I'm bringing on two new coaches for my

course later this year so I was meeting both of them earlier this week and having a check.

So that's not enough hours in the day or that's what I've been doing.
