Summary

"If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself, if you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation."

~ Lao Tzu

How can we live in the physical world with all its distractions and uncertainties without losing our soul essence? This is the question great thinkers throughout the ages have pondered. The answer may be simpler than you might guess -- go inward.

This week, you'll be journeying within to listen to your inner wisdom as you release the cares and worries of the world. This is part of a collection of meditation series focused on Your Inward Journey. You'll focus on tapping into your inner wisdom. This is part 4 of a 7-part Journey Within meditation series, episodes 2131-2137. THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Wisdom Quest where every day this week you are encouraged to keep a journey to write down your inner reflections as you listen to your inner wisdom. THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION TECHNIQUES: Day 1: Visualization to listen to your intuition Day 2: Affirmation - "Listen." Day 3: Breathing - Inhale - Listen - Exhale Day 4: Mudra - Shuni Mudra Day 5: Chakra - 1st - feel grounded - red color - earth element Day 6: Layer the week's meditation techniques together Day 7: Walking Meditation
