Before we start, either lie down or seat yourself down comfortably and when you're ready we'll start. Sit down or lie down, comfortably and we will begin tonight we're going to explore some unique and

simple ways to reduce anxiety and create a peaceful environment for your sleep anxiety can disrupt our rest but

with intentional practices we can find calm in the chaos let's embark on this journey together right now.

I'm going to quietly talk about some creative strategies you can incorporate into your anxiety reducing routine habits.

Allow the process, allow this to be an evolution of relaxation grounding techniques let's start with grounding
