| 1:16.8 | I'd like to share with you what important component of radical self-acceptance? |
| 1:23.8 | No matter what you may be resisting within yourself, you've been creating a new narrative for your life this week. |
| 1:33.8 | And as you reflect over the week, think about the most important part of your new narrative. |
| 1:46.8 | And also consider how radical self-acceptance isn't just about accepting the parts of yourself, you may be rejecting. |
| 1:57.8 | But rather, it's feeling at one in the world. It's feeling a sense of interconnectedness. |
| 2:07.8 | So no matter what's happening in the world, no matter what situation you may be going through, no matter the state of the world economics or politics or social conditions, it's all about accepting things as they are, not resisting what's happening. |
| 2:30.8 | And also feeling a part of what's going on in the world, not as though you're above that or you're removed from that or you can't relate to that radical self-acceptance is about feeling a sense of purpose, not only with your own life and what's happening, but a sense of purpose with what's happening in the world. |
| 2:58.8 | So now I invite you to settle yourself down and get ready to meditate with this sense of interconnectedness. |
| 3:10.8 | As you sit up straight and close your eyes, gently elevate them upwards. |
| 3:19.8 | I invite you to accept whatever's happening in your world right now. |
| 3:27.8 | There are likely many things beyond your control. See what it feels like to gently release resistance. |
| 3:42.8 | Feel your soul relax as you begin to accept and to feel a part of what's happening in the world around you, whether it's beyond your control, whether it's something that upsets you or something you're excited about, begin to feel at peace with the whole world. |
| 4:12.8 | When you feel resistance as perhaps different images or thoughts pass your mind, notice where you feel the resistance and name the emotion associated with it. |
| 5:08.8 | Notice the rhythm and flow of your breath. |
| 5:17.8 | Mentally affirm all good things come to me, all good things come to me. |
