How are you today?

I know each day offers a brand new opportunity, a fresh start to commit to things that are

important to you, such as your life purpose, as you journey within this week.

You may notice that it does seem as though you are beginning a new again and again.

A life purpose is similar to a meditation ritual.

It's like you have to feed it daily to sustain it.

And when you skip or you get off track, you can get lost again to where you feel as though

you have to start the process again and again, recommitting to something daily, creates

a beautiful rhythm and a ritual in your life.

I commit to meditating, exercise, my family, so many of the different things I share with

you, even sipping my herbal cup of tea.

By the way, are you enjoying sipping?

Aloe vera.

I grow an aloe vera plant outside in my garden and it's turned into a huge plant.

I use it often on my face and body because it's so nourishing for your skin.

And as I sip the dried leaves of the aloe vera plant, I feel connected in a deeper way

to my life plant outside my home.

You might feel this way in regard to taking steps towards your life purpose.

As you journey within, you become aware of what you're yearning for and what you need
