| 0:49.0 | Mudra is a way you position your hands to stimulate a corresponding region of your brain. |

| 1:39.0 | And what this does is it helps you to feel a sense of space |
| 1:46.0 | while at the same time feeling connected, |
| 1:50.0 | where you feel grounded and connected to your values |
| 1:55.0 | and for what you stand for, your life purpose, |
| 2:01.0 | yet you create some space for it to happen. |
