In today's episode, you will layer together the different meditation techniques you've explored all week long,

layering techniques is the most effective way to calm your mind and body,

and when I do my own meditations, I usually always layer meditation techniques.

And when you notice that, when you're meditating and your mind begins to wander,

if you layer a few techniques together, this can help you ease back into focus and relaxation.

So when you do these techniques, pay close attention to how each one is making you feel,

and you can tweak these techniques to make them your own.

So you might want to repeat the affirmation in a particular way.

I know someone who sings their affirmation, and this works beautifully for this person.
