So this isn't the first time I've taken a

break from social media. Last year around November, due to some very scary and

dangerous incidents online, I decided I need to get off for a bit.

And there was something I noticed.

When my time wasn't being consumed by social media,

at first I was immediately looking for something to fill the void.
