Summary

The more we shout the benefits of meditating, very often the further we get from the actual experience of doing it. If you have someone in your life you want to try something you love, rather than talking it up, encourage them to try it for themselves. Learn more about your ad choices. Hi, it's Andy here, and welcome to Radio Headspace.

0:13.2

So it's Wednesday morning, and a number of people have asked me over the years.

0:17.9

They're normally people who meditate themselves, or who have some kind of reflective contemplative

1:14.4

And looking up at the moon, he's just so overwhelmed, he feels sort of tears start to stream

1:19.7

down his face.

1:20.7

It's such a beautiful thing, and his dog comes up bouncing out the house, and he looks down

1:25.0

in his dog, and says, look up there, look at the moon, isn't it beautiful?

1:28.7

And the dog just sort of sits there, tongue hanging out, panting, tail wagging, just happy
