Hi it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace. So it's Thursday morning and as the week progresses

0:18.2

I wonder whether you're someone who treads very lightly, very steadily through life or

0:22.8

whether you're someone who kind of rushes and I don't necessarily mean physically rushing

0:26.6

me more sort of in the mind. I was chatting to her friend yesterday and he was telling

0:31.1

me that he'd gone out to do the shopping because they're trying to sort of deal with social

0:35.6

distancing and everything else. They've limited the number of times they have to leave the

0:39.7

house so they tend to go for these sort of really big family shops rather than going

1:30.9

And as we chatted a bit more we sort of started to think about what are we rushing towards

1:36.2

in life. And I say this as someone like I do we do this in our house as well. We're so

1:41.5

clued into these schedules and these routines and we kind of we need to get this done by that time

1:47.2

and this done by that day. The very often we don't give ourselves that room to breathe to enjoy

1:56.6

so often in life we are rushing in our minds. We are so committed to a particular destination

2:04.8

in our life that we don't really take in what's happening. And sometimes we take other people with us
