| 0:54.0 | I know many of you who listen regularly are big fans of mudras. |
| 1:00.0 | You often tell me that in the beginning you weren't really sure what a mudra is but now you're hooked on yoga in your hands as mudras are often referred to. |
| 1:14.0 | Our fingertips and our hands have a lot of nerve endings and when you hold your hands in a particular way it stimulates a corresponding region of your brain. |
| 1:27.0 | That's the belief handed down for more than 5,000 years in regards to mudras. |
| 1:34.0 | The mudra I'll share with you today is called the kubera mudra. |

| 2:06.0 | As you sit, place your palms upward doing this with both hands on your thighs or on your knees. |
| 2:15.0 | You can even be standing up as you do this mudra. |
| 2:19.0 | Simply fold your little and ring fingers downward into your palms and then touch your thumb to your index and metal fingers. |
| 2:31.0 | That is it. This is a mudra to help you feel confident and to manifest what it is you want in your life. |
| 2:42.0 | A lot of times we often feel as though we don't really deserve something, especially until circumstances are just right. |
| 2:52.0 | We may feel as though we have to put things off in order to feel our best. |
