The theme this week as you get ready to put closure on 2021 and in brace 2022 is the theme of prosperity.

And as you're guided through meditations each day, you're focusing on what kind of prosperity you'd like to usher into your life.

In today's episode, you're going to be guided using a breathing technique to instantly calm your mind and body.

And this is a technique that you can do anytime when you're starting to feel anxious.

So it helps to release the anxious, fearful thoughts that may cross your mind a little more than usual these days as we continue to endure uncertainty and a global pandemic.

This week you also have a challenge. Your challenge is to consider what kind of prosperity you need in your life.

Maybe you would like to increase abundance as far as how you feel your energy and your health.

Maybe you would like to increase your abundance in the time you spend with the loved ones and family or spending more time in nature and in your community or in the kind of work that you do.

Think about one area of your life you could really focus on and you also might consider what part of this current year would you like to put closure on.

Maybe there were some things that were upsetting to you. Maybe it was just a difficult year.

Spend a little time putting closure on these parts of the year so that you feel fresh and renewed and ready to embrace a brand new year.

As you calm your mind and body straighten your spine and close your eyes elevating your eyes ever so gently upwards.
