We are launching into a brand new series this week and the theme is one.

I think we could all use a little more of and that is happiness.

In this week's series, you are going to explore ways to increase your happiness.

In fact, you have a challenge as you do with every single series.

Your challenge is to create a happiness project.

Now, you did a project a few weeks ago called the Loneliness Project.

Well, this week is all about happiness.

So you will think of something that brings you great joy.

That makes you happy and you will contribute something to your happiness project all week long.

I do want to give you a few suggestions because I've done a series like this before

and you inspired me so much from the things you came up with and did during your happiness project a few years ago.

And that was to create happiness for someone else.

I heard from many of you that instead of focusing on happiness for yourself,

you focused on bringing happiness and joy to others.

This really touched my heart and it might touch your heart to do this as your happiness project.

In last week's series, you explored self-care.

So for this week, consider ways to make yourself happy.

You might even extend the self-care project that you were doing last week and include it and weave it into your happiness project.

Truly think of something that brings you joy and happiness and focus on it all week long.
