In today's episode, you're going to be guided as you repeat an affirmation.

An affirmation is a positive statement that is focused on an intention.

And there is a certain way you can repeat an affirmation

to make it meaningful.

In fact, an affirmation can help you shift your consciousness

from negative thinking towards your intention.

I sometimes hear people overlook affirmations

as if they're simply a nice thing you might do for yourself,
