| 1:58.0 | I think for a lot of people setting new goals can be and is difficult because it makes us vulnerable. |
| 2:07.0 | Trying new things takes confidence and courage and I realize that I have been sabotaging myself subconsciously or distracting myself with other things because I am scared. |
| 2:22.0 | I'd love a series that helps us to listen to that inner voice, to set goals that are aligned with our values and to follow them. |
