Sure thing. Thanks for having me. Yeah, it is my pleasure, long overdue,

to be honest. So how can you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you

do? Sure. So I've been in politics and government for somewhere around 12 to 13 years now,

and that's really the basis of my involvement, but I've also had a career

in government. But now I've moved into the private sector and exploring some avenues there.

But I ran for public office a couple of years ago and lost, so I'm really excited to dig into that

and how negotiating and fear tie into that,

as well as just talking about how women in politics and my involvement in there,

I've worked for a lieutenant governor and a governor as well as in state agencies, traveled the country

for a campaign, and been involved at really the local state and national level and campaigns. So

I'm excited to dig in. Absolutely. And this is a fun topic. Fun, not in that like experiencing

fear is enjoyable, but fun in that there is a lot to explore here and a lot to learn. And so our
